Lot Purchase and Home Sale

Over the past year, we have had the great pleasure of working with one of your realtors, Rick Moyer.  Last Fall we were looking for property in the Dripping Springs area and decided to purchase in West Cave Estates…….. Rick was representing some of the lots in West Cave so we gave him a call.  He spent most of the afternoon in extremely hot weather showing us any available lots we chose to look at.  We never felt any pressure to buy his listing, though we were delighted that we did.  This was our first positive real estate experience in 30 yrs.  Most recently, based on the great relationship we had established with Rick, we chose him to represent us in the sale of our house in Dripping Springs……He went above and beyond in every aspect of his efforts to work “with” us to sell our house.  We were constantly amazed at the care and concern he gave to every detail of his job…..You are very blessed to have this professional, caring man work with your company.  We will never stop telling those we know about Rick and our good experience with your JBGoodwin office.
